Manifest Your Resolution This Year

The year is about to end. This brings new opportunities and gives people a chance to jumpstart their lives once again. There are many things that we want to accomplish for a new year. There are also those that we want to let go.

Now is the time to evaluate ourselves and re-evaluate on our past faux pas. It is best to write down New Year’s resolution for clarity purposes.

It is frustrating that after contemplating and drafting our New Year’s resolution, we commit blunder by simply falling out of it. We tend to go back to the old ways which we planned to change. We rewind our systems back to our old self.

Avoid making another New Year resolution mistake. You can say “bring it on!” for this New Year. Here are a few tips to help you:

Draft your New Year’s resolution. Reflect on the things that you want to say goodbye. Write this down. Also, write down the resolutions that you hope to have for the incoming year.

Your resolution should be a goal or an objective statement. Just remember that in writing your goals and objectives. Making unrealistic objectives will only frustrate you if you cannot comply or follow it through.

Your goals are the long term ones. It could be at the end of the year or the end of six months. It all depends on your goals and the length of time you determine that you need to achieve it.

Ah, and most importantly, remember to be gentle with yourself. Don’t pressure and stress yourself too much. Just respond to the rhythms of your life.

Your objectives should be geared towards achieving your goals or resolutions. These are the things that you need to accomplish either on a daily, weekly, or a monthly basis. Your objectives should help you accomplish your goal statements.

Identify the current strengths that you have that are useful in leading you to realistic goals. Think about how you can reinforce on them.

Recognize your weaknesses that can be detrimental or that could deter you in reaching your goals. Work on it in order to improve.

Be patient. If you cannot get what you wanted from the get-go, it is alright to try again. Learn from each attempt. The more you learn, the faster you will achieve your goals.

Take a step at a time. Remember, everything starts with a step forward.

Pause from time to time and evaluate on yourself and check if you have achieved your goals. Keep yourself focused and disciplined.

You have got to work using your brain and it is always best to walk that venue with spiritual confidence.

Good luck and start writing your New Year’s Resolution. You can do all things through the power within you you.
